Classic Chicken Parmesan

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • Olive oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Bread chicken: dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
    3. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden, 3-4 minutes per side.
    4. Place in baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Garlic Butter Chicken Parmesan

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    • 2 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • 1 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Bread chicken with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
    3. Pan-fry in melted butter until golden.
    4. Place in baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Spicy Chicken Parmesan

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup spicy marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • Olive oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Bread chicken with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
    3. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden.
    4. Place in baking dish, top with spicy marinara and mozzarella.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Pesto Chicken Parmesan

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup pesto
    • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • Olive oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Bread chicken with egg, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
    3. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden.
    4. Place in baking dish, top with pesto, marinara, and mozzarella.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Healthy Baked Chicken Parmesan

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella
    • Olive oil spray
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Bread chicken with egg, whole wheat breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
    3. Spray baking dish with olive oil, place chicken inside.
    4. Top with marinara and part-skim mozzarella.
    5. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
